WHAT I DO
I come to you to help you achieve your fitness goals. With expertise in a number of areas such as Yoga, Rehabilitation and Stretching, HIIT, Strength and Endurance, Crossfit Work and Sports Specific Training. I create a program especially tailored to help you reach your healthiest self. Most clients book for multiple times per week but you can choose from one off sessions or set yourself a goal and book for repeat weekly sessions.
